Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket, you will be bounced back to make another purchase but do not worry just go to the shopping basket at any time to amend, cancel or check your purchases. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

As deliveries will be made by a courier (usually BusinessPost) then please give us as much information on your address as possible.

MINIMUM ORDER. Unfortunately due to labour and packaging costs we have had to apply an £10.00 excluding vat and carriage minimum order charge. It costs us on average over £5.00 to pick and pack an order.

You will not see the PADLOCK on our site until you pass our checkout, you then enter the Cardsave website. Cardsave handle all our credit and debit card transactions. We feel you are then in very safe hands and we do not have access to your card details.

If you prefer you can also now pay using PAYPAL. You would have to use this method if you are paying with AMEX.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta and Visa Electron. If you do not wish to enter your Credit or Debit Card details on-line then when you get to the site checkout select the option SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS SEPARATELY and we will call you for them.
We do not offer accounts, however we will supply to Schools, Colleges, Police authorities and any other government bodies or local authorities on receipt of a purchase order (the minimum value of which must be £50.00 excluding VAT and carriage.

Shipping And Handling For Orders within the UK Mainland except the Highlands, Our BusinessPost (UK Mail) contract is 1 to 2 working days. 2 is usually the worst case scenario. This is not always the case where the item is awkward or large (e.g. a roll of bubble wrap or a huge tarpaulin).

Costs are unfortunately higher for the Islands and Highlands and these destinations can take a couple more days.
Highlands are defined by our couriers as AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, HS, IV, PA21 - PA78, ZE, PH4 - PH50, KA27 - KA28, KW, IM.

Packaging and Carriage costs are:

£6.50 plus vat per order up to £150 order value (excl vat)

Orders over £150.00 exclusive of VAT are carriage free within the UK mainland.
Unless you require next day etc. NEXT DAY AND SATURDAY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE CHECKOUT.

Rolls of Bubble wrap (100mtr x 1500mm) Greenhouse insulation and some other bulky or lengthy products, cannot be guaranteed on a next day service. It may well happen even on a standard service, but due to the dimensions of these products Business Post cannot guarantee this service.
Rigid plastics are only available to the UK mainland.

Next day requests must be received by 12:00 noon.

Please note Next day on Friday means next working day which is Monday.
If you require a Saturday delivery you must select Saturday AM.

Any faulty or short deliveries must be notified within 3 working days otherwise claims cannot be considered.

We regret we are unable to offer a postal service, all our UK parcels are sent via BusinessPost. Although on small orders carriage may seem excessive, this is the amount we have to pay.

Although Business Post is our preferred carrier we may select an alternative to enable a better service.

For orders to Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands it is necessary to charge £22 carriage.
Other areas are available and can be viewed in the checkout.

For orders to the US and Europe unless that country is listed we would have to quote on an each order basis.

Please note that under no circumstances will we be held responsible for consequential losses.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order same day or certainly within 48 hours (Except weekends and public holidays). Our courier will deliver in 1-2 working days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. Packages are trackable online from the afternoon of dispatch.

Please note that netting cut to size or large bulky items usually take longer. Edged nets for example can take up to 10 days and bulky loads like 100mtr x 5.3mtr of weed control fabric up to 5 days.

We can offer a next day service with a small additional charge. Unfortunately this service is only available in the UK Mainland and not on all products.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security Credit and Debit card transactions online are handled by PayPal or Cardsave, you can make the choice after completing your details in the checkout. If you phone your order through to us you will need to be prepared to sometimes answer security questions such as third, fourth and fifth letters of your password. These are measure put in place by the card providers and we have no control over them.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee, subject to conditions.

Where nets are used for safety reasons it is the responsibility of the fitter/contractor to ensure that sufficient anchorage is provided and that the net is adequate. No guarantees are given by us unless expressly provided in writing at your request. And then only when that net meets the required standard.

Returns Policy Provided that the goods you have purchased are in the same condition and packaged as they were when you received them, and you return them within 28 days of purchase, we will happily either exchange them for goods of the same value or give a full refund.

If we have made a mistake, then we will collect any products that are wrong and make a full refund including carriage.

Refunds for goods returned through no fault of ours will subject to a handling charge of 15% and it is the customers responsibility to return the product. The original carriage charge cannot be refunded.

Products sold by the metre that have been cut from a bulk reel of netting, tarpaulin etc. that have been produced specially for your order can only be returned for a refund by prior agreement with us and a handling charge will be discretionary.
